Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 13, 2026
These terms cover this website. The work itself is covered by the written quote we give you and you approve — if the two ever appear to disagree about a job, the quote is what counts.
1. Using this site
Use the site for what it is for: reading about the work and asking us to come look at a job. Do not submit false or misleading information, do not use the estimate form to send us advertising, and do not try to interfere with how the site runs.
2. Sending the form is a request, not a booking
Submitting the estimate form starts a conversation. It does not schedule work, it does not reserve a date, and it does not obligate either of us to anything. We may not be able to take a job depending on where it is, what it needs, and what we already have on. Nothing is agreed until we have quoted the work and you have accepted the quote.
Our office hours are monday–friday, 9am–5pm. We reply the same day, or the next business day if you catch us after hours. If a tree is down and it is urgent, call — do not wait on the form, because the form sits until someone opens it.
3. Estimates and pricing
Anything we say about price before we have seen the job is a rough indication, not a quote. Tree work prices move with the size and condition of the tree, how close it is to a house or power line, whether equipment can get to it, and what has to be hauled away. We look at the job, then we quote it.
Our written quote is the price. If we find something once work starts that genuinely changes the job — rot that was not visible, access that turns out to be blocked — we stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes what you pay. You will not get a surprise on the invoice.
Prices shown anywhere on this site, including for firewood, may change. Firewood is sold by the rick.
4. Getting to the work
We need safe access to the tree and somewhere to put equipment. Before we arrive, please move vehicles, unlock gates we need, and tell us about anything we would not see — a septic line, a buried cable, an irrigation system, a dog in the yard.
We may delay, reschedule, or decline work when conditions are not safe: weather, wind, unstable ground, contact with power lines, or access we cannot get equipment through. That call is ours to make and we will not take a risk on your property to keep a date.
You confirm that you own the property, or that you have permission from the person who does, for the work you are asking us to do. Where a tree sits on or near a boundary, that is worth settling with your neighbour before we cut anything.
5. What the site says about our services
The descriptions on this site are general. What a specific tree needs is something we determine by looking at it. Nothing on this site is advice about a particular tree on your property.
6. Photographs and reviews
The photographs on this site are of work we have done. They show particular jobs on particular properties and are not a promise that your job will look the same.
The reviews on this site were left by customers on our Google Business Profile and are reproduced as they were written. We do not write them, edit them, or pay for them. The page that shows them says when they were collected; the current set is on our reviews page, and the live ones are on Google.
7. Our content
The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to Go Green Tree & Outdoor Services. Please do not copy them onto another site. Linking to us is welcome and needs no permission.
8. Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.
9. The site itself
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or that it will never be down. It is provided as it is.
10. Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website — for example, from a page being unavailable or from information on it being out of date.
This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit anything to do with the work we do on your property. That is covered by your quote and by our insurance, and we are not trying to sign away responsibility for it in a footer link.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
12. Where we are
We work in indianapolis and the surrounding areas and these terms are governed by the law of the State of Indiana.
